- Music video monetization allowed
Premium License
- All file formats including project files
- Exclusive rights transfer
- Unlimited streams
- Full rights transfer to buyer
- No royalties owed to original producer
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed manually and orders are fulfilled after payment proof verification.
5. Delivery of Beats
Free beats are delivered by email or WhatsApp. Purchased beats receive download links after verification.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All beats remain the property of their producers until full payment is received.
7. Marketing Communications
With your consent, we may send promotions, new releases, and platform updates.
8. Refund Policy
Because these are digital products, all sales are final after delivery or licensing.
9. Limitation of Liability
Afro Recording is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda.
